Garrett Flanagan
Garrett Flanagan has over 10 years experience working as a NSW property lawyer, both in private practice (in mid-tier and boutique law firms in Sydney) and in government (at NSW Trustee & Guardian and Land & Property Information NSW). Most recently, he worked in-house as a land titling property lawyer at NSW Land Registry Services.
Garrett has extensive experience acting for private and commercial clients and state government bodies on a wide range of property related matters, including:

selling and purchasing properties (residential and commercial);

carrying out due diligence for prospective purchases;

leasing commercial and retail premises (landlords and tenants);

investigating, creating and cancelling easements, restrictions and covenants affecting or benefitting properties;
